[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — incorrect product delivered

Today i have visited apollo pharmacy, padur.
I have showed doctor prescription and asked for hhzole ointment for my kid. They took so much of time and finally they gave my package.

After coming home, just before applying the ointment i saw that they gave me zzsone cream. So irresponsible towards their duty?

After that, u called them and since i'm weak in tamil i spoke to them in english. The guy who was speaking in english immediately gave the phone to tamil guy and that guy can't even understand the names of ointments and the response was very bad.

Why do these ppl run these sensitive business when they are not capable of doing that?

I want the response asap
