Apollo Pharmacy — Indefinite delay of my order

I had very bad experience while ordering medicine from apollo app. I have ordered 2 medicines under order id[protected] on January 11 2021 in bangalore. While ordering i had been informed that I will be getting medicines within 2 hours. To my surprise I didn't get the same on that day and today being 14th January 2021 which means 4th day from my date of order., I have not received my medicines. I am sending complaints daily basis but the mails ending up with issual of new ticket numbers for my complaint..in your app the status of the order is showing as out for delivery since 11th January but the item is not yet received..no body is interested to respond my complaints and mails and nothing is materialised from your end.This is how you are servicing your customers? Being customer I have right to get the product since i have already paid my money and I am not getting product delivered.. If you are not showing any response for this mail also I am going to take up matter legally
