Apollo Pharmacy Complaints & Reviews

I have added medicines in my cart and have also opted for Apollo's 12 months circle membership plan but not able to proceed with payment since last two days. Credit Card, Netbanking nothing is working. When it's so crucial to get medicines online, Apollo's app is not working at all. Kindly resolve the issue and facilitate us asap in buying medicines online.

I placed an order on Apollo 24*7 app on 11th Jan, 2022 with a list of 5 items. The package was delivered to me on 13th Jan. Out of which 1 item was 3 pieces of N95 masks, of which I received only 2, 1 is missing.
Also, I ordered Dolo-650 tablets, which I havent received at all.
I also ordered vicks cough drop- 25 units of which I received only 15

I raised a ticket on their helpdesk but there has been no communication...

I had very bad experience while ordering medicine from apollo app. I have ordered 2 medicines under order id[protected] on January 11 2021 in bangalore. While ordering i had been informed that I will be getting medicines within 2 hours. To my surprise I didn't get the same on that day and today being 14th January 2021 which means 4th day from my date of order., I have not received my medicines. I am sending complaints daily basis but the mails...

I ordered 4 covid self-test (order number[protected] through Apollo 247 on Jan 10, 2022, when the order was delivered I found what was delivered was acne uv gel instead! I need an immediate refund. I will take care never to use Apollo 247 app again.

I have ordered medications for corona and the delivery time at first was shown to 11:00 am and later today i was shown to be changed to 1:15 and as i was patiently waiting for my order the delivery boy has called me on my number at 12:38 asking to share my location on what's app and told me that my delivery will be done on time. but there was no delivery done and just before at 1:55 as i called him asking him about my delivery he was behaving...

The order delivery date was 07Jan, 2022. No response get from Apollo pharmacy.

I've ordered few medicines on 10jan.First they showing it'll delivered before 10 pm.Then after 10 pm it showing it'll be delivered due to some stuff crisis there is problem in delivery.Then on 11 Jan evening they updating it was delivered on 10 th Jan.I didn't received any delivery.I've already paid for it.The worst experience in this worst app.I want my money back.

I had placed an order on 3rd of Jan 2022 on the Apollo 247 app.
Shortly after placing, they modified my order and stated that they had processed the refund of 3049.95 Rs.
It has been 8 days but I still haven't received the refund, I have connected with my bank as well and they have stated that no refund has been received.

There is not followup whatsaover with Apollo pharmacy 247, I ordered an oximeter only to find it as screen broken, now they have closed the email complaint as resolved status

We requested for a medicine through phone, store incharge always deny stating we have only 2 at store we don't deliver to home.

Even if we visit pharmacy, a rude behavior at store.

Request you make him disciplined at store.

I ordered 2 items together and out of them only 1 item got delivered. After repeatedly complaining on whatsapp help my order was splitted into 2 different orders and both of them are showing delievered. But, in reality only 1 of them has been delivered.

I placed two orders on 1st of Jan. 1 was to be delivered same day by 10:30pm and the second one the next day. 2nd of Jan 2022. Full payment has been made on the 1st for both orders.
These rascals are silent and no deliveries.
I made calls on the 2nd after which they pushed delivery date forward unilaterally by 2 days to 4th Jan.
4th Jan I am phoning them they dont answer and NO SIGN OF MEDS.

Recently I went to buy a protein powder in Apollo pharmacy in ramanthapur, madhura nagar branch, they billed me actual price of RS.560 when I asked them a receipt they kept denied saying me to take bill another time, when I refused to do that they waited for sometime and agreed to give me my receipt because I wasn’t going from there when I saw the receipt the actual bill is 509rs they are scamming us for a long time like this and looting a lot of money by not giving us receipts and they are making some credit point stories when I asked them about billing differences. I strongly urge to take action on your employees who are literally fooling your company and customers. The name of the receptionist Is supraja from madhura nagar branch they’ve been doing this for long time and the whole ramathapur Apollo pharmacies are into this trick. they have been doing from long time.
