I have ordered medications for corona and the delivery time at first was shown to 11:00 am and later today i was shown to be changed to 1:15 and as i was patiently waiting for my order the delivery boy has called me on my number at 12:38 asking to share my location on what's app and told me that my delivery will be done on time. but there was no delivery done and just before at 1:55 as i called him asking him about my delivery he was behaving...

I order some medicine by 02Jan, 2022 but till now product not delivered.
The order delivery date was 07Jan, 2022. No response get from Apollo pharmacy.

I've ordered few medicines on 10jan.First they showing it'll delivered before 10 pm.Then after 10 pm it showing it'll be delivered due to some stuff crisis there is problem in delivery.Then on 11 Jan evening they updating it was delivered on 10 th Jan.I didn't received any delivery.I've already paid for it.The worst experience in this worst app.I want my money back.

I had placed an order on 3rd of Jan 2022 on the Apollo 247 app.
Shortly after placing, they modified my order and stated that they had processed the refund of 3049.95 Rs.
It has been 8 days but I still haven't received the refund, I have connected with my bank as well and they have stated that no refund has been received.

There is not followup whatsaover with Apollo pharmacy 247, I ordered an oximeter only to find it as screen broken, now they have closed the email complaint as resolved status

I ordered 2 items together and out of them only 1 item got delivered. After repeatedly complaining on whatsapp help my order was splitted into 2 different orders and both of them are showing delievered. But, in reality only 1 of them has been delivered.

I placed two orders on 1st of Jan. 1 was to be delivered same day by 10:30pm and the second one the next day. 2nd of Jan 2022. Full payment has been made on the 1st for both orders.
These rascals are silent and no deliveries.
I made calls on the 2nd after which they pushed delivery date forward unilaterally by 2 days to 4th Jan.
4th Jan I am phoning them they dont answer and NO SIGN OF MEDS.

Recently I went to buy a protein powder in Apollo pharmacy in ramanthapur, madhura nagar branch, they billed me actual price of RS.560 when I asked them a receipt they kept denied saying me to take bill another time, when I refused to do that they waited for sometime and agreed to give me my receipt because I wasn’t going from there when I saw the receipt the actual bill is 509rs they are scamming us for a long time like this and looting a lot of money by not giving us receipts and they are making some credit point stories when I asked them about billing differences. I strongly urge to take action on your employees who are literally fooling your company and customers. The name of the receptionist Is supraja from madhura nagar branch they’ve been doing this for long time and the whole ramathapur Apollo pharmacies are into this trick. they have been doing from long time. I want immediate action against this before it’s too late or else I see you at court.

I have purchased a medicine from apollo pharmacy app. I have made my payment in online but the delivery person collected cash with my parents. Not received the medicines yet. It was supposed to deliver by 3rd Jan 2022 and it was an urgent deliver as I was about to take a flight on 4th Jan 2022. Now I need to cancel the order. It was such a pathetic service

I have placed 2 orders and paid via UPI.
Next day and 24 hours after order no SIGN of Apollo.
Thorough Crooks and terrible customer care and delivery.

Today morning my 65yr old father tried to place order via Apollo Pharmacy a customer care no. [protected] and a person picked up the call at other end and informed my father that he would get a call from another number for help with placing the order.
The person who spoke was an official from Apollo Pharmacy as the call was made to their own customer care no.
Then a call came in another 5 min from a different number and the person who spoke informed that he is from Apollo pharmacy and is here to help with the order. He helped my father with various steps like asking him to download an app by visiting a link via the sms he had sent.
On visiting the link, he asked my father to feed in the details of his bank account number for the offer and asked him to enter his PIN for payment for the medicine to be done.
On entering it, he asked for another bank account number if any to be entered and stored for future purpose at which point my father had doubts and cut the call.
Within next 5 min, two transactions of Rs.5000 each were done by someone and there was one more transaction of Rs.3000. All were withdrawals.
Someone from Apollo Pharmacy customer care no. is running a scam call market and routing all calls to the person who then cheats old and vulnerable people to steal money.
We are lodging a cyber crime report at this point and will make sure that the culprit is caught by anyway possible.
Hope Apollo Pharmacy takes not of such terrible acts and starts remedy by helping us out.

We have ordered pampers for our kid 1 week back in online but it is not yet delivered. Wrote multiple emails to the customer service but no response, could you please deliver the item please as we need pampers for our baby and our Order number is[protected]. strange thing is the order summary says delivery attempted but no one called us and no one rang the bell as well which is really strange.
