[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — irrespective and irresponsible executive | |||
I have visited apollo pharmacy at navalur, omr main road, chennai. The executive working at billing is irrespective on customers and not giving proper response to customers. I have corporate apollo card and purchased medicine and bill amount as per mrp was 102 rupees. He is not ready to take my corporate apollo card and not provided any discount since billing amount is less. I am ready to buy extra medicine, but they don't have sufficient stock. Is it my fault? Small amount also very important from regular customers. He entered my apollo card number on my insist, but not sure why he didn't take my employee id. Management has to give proper training to executives after recruitment and carefully monitor. They should have training in how to behave with customer. As a regular customer to the apollo pharmacy, i dissatisfied with apollo pharmacy and put this pharmacy in my black list. Was this information helpful? | |||
