The order for baby’s medicines taken last night (25-jan-19) for home delivery by a staff but not delivered nor informed because i had asked for cc payment mode.
Next morning i called and staff named praveen said yes we took your order but can’t deliver because cc machine isn’t working. Was very rude and told if you want come here at pharmacy, make payment and take it! He also cut the call abruptly without even apologising!

Isn’t the meaning of pharmacy for emergency purposes? Then why are such untrained and non understanding staff working there? In mumbai when i had faced similar issue the pharmacy person not only delivered medicines at home but didn’t bother to collect money and asked for things to for child and then come n pay! I not only voluntarily went and paid there but also never changed a pharmacy until i stayed in mumbai!

This guy praveen needs to be taught a proper lesson on how to behave with customers and consumers of apollo pharmacy else does not fit to be in that job!

I already forwarded into my apartment community groups the bad experience i had with such rude attitude people like praveen at jp nagar blore - apollo pharmacy! I’m sure it would mean loss of business too for you!
If you can’t have understanding, polite staff then don’t offer phone order and home delivery services... There are multiple competitors around! Just that the product was unavailable and as i needed urgently counted on a apollo pharmacy!

My children were born in a apollo hospitals and i’m feeling sad to see such sorry state of operations and unprofessional staff in our pharmacy outlets!
I’m very disappointed as there was no apology too, and also product not delivered when needed just because the cc machine in the shop wasn’t working! The fault isn’t mine... Look at how a customer is being treated!
