I am you regular customer (Ph[protected]). Today i had ordered some medicine with your vasundhara enclave branch on [protected] at 9:30 and asked if they can deliver, otherwise i will collect personally. I was assured of delivery in 30-40 minutes. As not delivered, called again at 10:30. This time told, delivery boy already left with medici and deliver soon. As not received till 10:30 i called repeatedly but no response.
I am complaining...

The services of apollo pharmacy of vasundhra sec 18 is very poor regarding customers. The behaviour of delivery boys is worst. I have ordered medicines but due to the death of my maternal uncle we was unable to pay the amount.
We have already informed that we will not be able to pay the amount.. To one of the service provider of the pharmacy in the morning... Then too the behavior of delivery boy was worst and he was like... We are...

On dec 31' 2018, i have ordered for home delivery of huggies xl diapers (Having offer of 50% off) on that day. I purchased medicines and other items of ₹719 from apollo pharmacy store at sachin tower, shyamal cross roads, ahmedabad on[protected] and i was given health credits of 46.95 and sms was received on[protected] on my phone, but when i visited store on[protected], i was told that only 16.70 points are showing in the system which was the point balance before credit of 46.95 on 10-12-18, i was asked to contact the number[protected], i tried...

This is one of the ### centre of Apolo. They promise to get the required medicines and then don't even call if the medicine isn't possible to order.

Why the hell do you even take the customer's number if you don't want to call and inform ?

Apolo will face severe criticism if such store owners...

Today (1st jan) i went to buy a medicine in apollo pharmacy in kphb colony 3rd phase, there are 2 shops, and this shop is orginal hetro owned now apollo, one of the employee was talking very rude, its like you buy or don't buy i don;t care, when i warn this is not the behaviors with customer, his reply is i have health problem and i will talk like this with everybody, you can complaint where ever you want....

I went to buy galvus met tabet to keeranur branch i asked for 5 tablet but the shopkeeper told me that he cannot give it he also said that he can give only 15 tablet i. E. No cut piece will given. If my doctor prescribed me a 5 tablet why should i pay for 15 tablet. Is there any rules in apollo pharmacy that the cut piece should not be given to the customer. What if the sugar patient has not having enough money to buy for a month as hole...

I have a loyalty card of apollo and i have to change the number which is registered on my apollo loyalty card. However i called on the customer service number [protected] i didn't get any response. I called the whole day but no response. I also have some points in my existing apollo card which i am unable to use so i really need to change my old number which i am unable to do so....

I have purchased a benadryl cough formula by this evening in apollo pharmacy at vishnu priya nagar, guduvancherii, tamilnadu, india where i have asked to pay a sum of rupees 50 and after that i have claimed a bill where it is displayed that the product is worth of rupees 46. So i urged the lady to bring back my 4 rupees but the lady refused to give my money back and she said that batch code is old and the new batch code is for 50 rupees....

I went to Apollo Pharmacy, NS Road Branch near Siddheswari mandir, Howrah at 10.45 PM on 28/12/2018 to buy some medicines. Waited 15 mins but the employees were not responding and when they did, they were rude and unapologetic. Further, I bought a medicine and when I wanted the bill, they refused. Such behaviour is totally unacceptable especially given the context of medicines/drugs.

Please do the needful and mail the outcome...

Recently apollo pharmacy has opened in our town (Gudur, spsr nellore)
I have visited your store 3-4 times till now for buying my medicines. Everytime when i visited the store iam observing that they are not providing bills for the customer collecting the mrp rates from us giving 0% discount on them.

On 26. Dec.2018 around 17.30 hrs i have purchased medicines at appolo pharmacy, manjakuppam cuddalore. Whenever i visit the pharmacy your employee use to ask my mobile number and name for billing purpose, i have been informed by him that there is some problem in the system and that’s the reason why he is asking my detail for so many months.

Apollo pharmacy in podili, prakasam district are troubling us each and every time. Today i have requested for emergency medication to my wife who is suffering from severe fever and medication for my daughter.. They denied to deliver.. They don't even care when i told them that i will raise complaint about the problem.. When you can't deliver medicines in proper time don't advertise that "home delivery is available".. I had placed an order for almond oil with order number #[protected] on 16th december.
I did not get any updates for this order or when it will be delivered. I contacted the customer care daily but nobody is responding. Can anybody please help me, i cannot wait forever for my orderd to be delivered. If the item is not available it should have been mentioned. Please cancel the order and refund my amount.

I have taken executive health check up service at madinaguda clinic. Paid rs.6250. For that i have recieved reward points worth rs. 62.5. I couldn't not use them at pharmacy in huda complex, kothapet. They are saying a different story. I understood that apollo will try to escape when it comes to paying back to customers. Hope some action will be taken by apollo management if they really care about their customers....

I went to purchase medicines from Appolo pharmacy, Siripuram jn, Visakhapatnam.
I went for billing he says 180/- after discount, I replied him to do bil through paytem but he is not interested to do bill after some he billed the amount for 199.80, I asked for difference he replied carelessly you will get discount in paytem that's why I'm not given.
