I have placed a order of some medicines for my mother order#[protected], As per the Apollo tag line the medicine should be delivered in 2 hours but I placed the order on 24/12/2021 at 8.00 and at first it was promised to be delivered by 10.30 on the same day and now it is 26/12/2021 7:00 the order is still not delivered. We don't have a customer care no to contact someone the app only give limited information but of this my mother was facing problem.
What I am looking for : My medicines should be delivered soon, I should get a written apology and this order charge free. Was this information helpful? |
