It is totally disappointing incident

We went for return of the shaving cream, reason given that outer packet is slidely folded, it occur little as packet kept in bag to bring for return,
Even in replacement i was purchasing the closeup that packet was also folded

Second point was completely lie and insulting and non justifying

They sayit is used one and sseems quantity is less.. I say lets weight the product now it is good to know for us too whether you sell less quantity product.. We even did not open packet.. On we request to weight it they refuse to do it and multiple time insist that it is used one seem less quantity

Now big thing they did not verify the weight and blame us..
