[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — lying pharmacists

The pharmacist, prakash bhavan stationed at the viman nagar branch at datta mandir chowk, lied to me to tell me that a particular prescription only medicine was out of stock. Only when i inquired further and checked online did i find out that it was actually in stock but the pharmacist was lying due to a lack of prescription (Which he did not check or was aware of) at that moment.

I asked him to reconfirm and that's when he confirmed that the medicine is actually in stock but only because i did not have a prescription he didn't inform me. A reason i understand completely.

I have no qualms about not being issued a medicine due to a lack of prescription. My contention is the truth should be told. If a perscription is required, the perscription should be asked for and not be told that it is out of stock.
