[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — made the payment twice as they mentioned that they didnt receive but paytm concluded that they transferred to apollo bank account twice

We made purchase in apollo pharmacy located at swathi threatre road, bhavanipuram, vijayawada using paytm, they mentioned they didn't receive the amount 1150 /-, hence i made another payment using paytm again, paid 1150 rupees successfully 2nd time. Post this incident, i had contacted paytm for cross checking the 1st transaction of 1150 rs, paytm had done thorough investigation and confirmed that it is successfully transferred to apollo pharmacy 2 times, hence i started checking with apollo pharmacy many times, every time i didn't get any expected response so far from them whenever i contacted apollo [protected]@+91-[protected]. This purchase was done on 23 january, i haven't been provided with refund so far from apollo on this. Hence escalating to you directly. Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
