[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — medical bill expiry date and batch numbers of received medicine are not matching | |||
I have purchased the medicine pharmacy located in Nalco township, Damanjodi.It is found that medical Bill batch number and expiry date are not matching with original medicine dispensed at the counter.Discrepancy has been taken to the notice of sales person in the counter and he is responding very arrogantly .He had issued me Not availability to purchase from any other Pharmacy.Since i am an employee of NALCo i could not purchase medicine from outside if the medicine is available in Apollo dispensory.Even i have asked the sales person to mention the original batch number and exp.date written on the medicine .For that also the sales person told not possible. Due to the above reason I am forced to raise complaint against the dispensory. Was this information helpful? | |||

This Apollo pharmacy in Perumbakkam chennai branch.the staff lady.I stands for over 40mins in the pharmacy. But they service the customers came after me. Because they are rich customers.they looks the partiality.please the pharmacy is life given center.so please take action.
