Apollo Pharmacy — Medical bills - reg

Bills provided by Chitlapakkam Branch not Clear for the past one year. Because of that, BSNL has refused to entertain my Bill from APRIL-2020 to APRIL - 2021, mentioning nothing is clear in the bill. Unable get any information from the Bill. Because of this I lost around Rs. 35, 000 to 40, 000. If it is not rectified and provide clear bills I may have to shift to another medical shop other than Apollo Pharmacy. I enclosed herewith the MAY -2021 Bill, medicines were purchased on 03.05.2021. Are you able make any thing with the bill.
