Bills provided by Chitlapakkam Branch not Clear for the past one year. Because of that, BSNL has refused to entertain my Bill from APRIL-2020 to APRIL - 2021, mentioning nothing is clear in the bill. Unable get any information from the Bill. Because of this I lost around Rs. 35, 000 to 40, 000. If it is not rectified and provide clear bills I may have to shift to another medical shop other than Apollo Pharmacy. I enclosed herewith the MAY...

Respected sir,

i orederd from apollo pharmacy through phonepe switch on 21st april. Money was deducted but order was not confirmed. When i ordered, 1st three days the order was able to see in the cart, but now, in orders, my order is not there. I have mailed you so may times. Please response to my issue.

I went to LB nagar 3 apollo shop to purchase medicines. After purchasing the medicines the bill was not given and without discount the amount is deducted from my bank account. After seeing the deduction statement i went and asked about discount and bill. There sri Nagaraju and paremeswar executives have answered that it is the responsibility of customer to ask the discount and bill. If this is true then many customers will loose their amount and will loose the trust on Apollo. My bill no 15683cc0084696 date 21st may 2021 time 9.02 pm.

Order No. - [protected], This is to inform u that how appolo online pharmacy is cheating to customer.
They have given ad for delivery in 2 hrs or 24 hrs but after payment it has given on 6th day for delivery. That is on 02 may 2021( Order placed on 27 Apr 21).
Order not delivered till date and pharmacy is so insensitive that after request for many times no action taken against pharmacy & they have not given option for cancellation...

The bill is given for the tablet losar-50 as mentioned in prescription but the pharmacist has given a tablet losar-25 ...
Instead of losar-50 without noticing...
I checked after coming to home...
It is not good for patients to consume different power of BP tablets
It is a very irresponsible act...

I took a sanitizer in appollo pharmacy in phase-1 allwyn colony, kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072 which is opposite to phase-1 allwyn bustop.

I want to exchange it by another product.
After payment, they are saying like no exchange is there in all appollo pharmacy.

It's a bitter experience....

Order no.[protected], this order was placed on Apr 25, 2021 The medicines haven't been delivere yet I have raised multiple queries but no response. I haven't received any call yet. There is no helpline number, queries posted through this option are not responded.

Ordered medicine on 17 June 2022, its more than 10 days now haven’t received the order yet. Whenever I check the delivery status it shows a new delivery date every day. No one even communicated the issue properly. Trying to cancel the order but unable to cancel it. Neither delivering the order nor allowing to cancel it. From 23rd of june there is no update in tracking details . I am fed up now. Tried calling the customer care number a lot of times but no response. I am getting promotional msgs and mails of Apollo but not a proper resolution of my query..

No response for mails calls!!!

Here it is, ... after checking available medicine adding to cart we made the payment and submitted the prescription. Order was verified and confirmed.
We waited few days after that they started modifying the ordered medicines. During this we tried calling them and msging them but there was no response. And finally all the ordered medicines were canceled and they didn't even refund the money now its saying the charged Mount may refund in 15-25 days. That is a cheap and sick way of doing business.

I submitted a prescription along with medicines - Jalra Tab 50 mg -6 strips (15x6) on 29.04.2021 through SBI E Pharmacy app - UR World. The nearest apollo pharmacy located at Anandnagar, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (west) have not received any order for home delivery. We are regret to inform you my orders for medicines have been cancelled multiple times which are urgently required. You say shortage of medicines and d non availability of stocks. We have approached some of Apollo Pharmacy shops where the said medicibes are abduntly available. Why are you cancelingoing the orders giving false reasons. Please enquire and the orders placed by me immediately. We are not able to contact to redress our grievances. If this goes on we are not able to avail the benefit extended by SBI to senior citizen like me

I placed order through UR World on 06/09/2022 which was delivered on 08/09/2022 by appolo pharmacy. But it is very much regretted that whenever I am going for new order, the shows as "previous order pending". I several time informed though ur word app "contact us" but in vain. As a result I I am being compelled to purchase medicines from markt. I am a retd sbi pensioner and at this old age this type of negligence should not be acceptable.

I have ordered on 28th April 6 items and they sent only two items.
Many items are critical as I am a covid patient. They dont respond and also most of the time the telephone number never connects. when I can get across they disconnect the call saying they will pass on to backend team. They never do any thing.. This is a pathetic service their license to do business should be reviewed as they are dealing in pharmacy and such irresponsible...
