Apollo Pharmacy — Medicine arrangements and behaviour

I visit to Apollo pharmacy store sector 7 Dwarka New Delhi near Ramphal chowk at between 7 am to 7:30 am on date 28th may 2023.
The store is opened after 7 am after waiting few minutes, out side the pharmacy till the counter is not ready and am asking for a medicine TRICHOSPIRE F HAIR Kit they told this were not make availablity this medicine for me and told me to buy online as I know he can make availablity for my medicine but they clearly denied and not clearly response me .
How you can run the business in this way if the person doesn't get the medicine on time and face unfair behaviour.
I need this medicine on urgent basis so buying for other near by pharmacy but the service is completely bust...
