Respected sir/madam,

This is asokan manohar, having my apollo 24/7 for the past 1 year. I want to change my mobile number in apollo24/7 account, because I lost my old number.

I tried it thru pharmacy, where I created the account. They said, can't able to change, help desk only can do. So, I emailed help desk on 27 may 2023 & till now.

They always said, thank you for the patience. But, finally today they mentioned can't able to change my mobile number on app or health records.

I urgently need to change my mobile number, so that I can use my credit points to purchase medicines.

Kindly seek your favorable assistance regarding this. Please help to change my mobile number with apollo24/7 account.

Store personal talked rudely and denied 2000 denomination note stating their supervisor asked not to accept 2000 Rs Legal tender currency. Rest branch in Bokaro happily accepting 2000 notes. The Store incharge of Sultan Nagar is responsible for poor customer service and asked jisko call karna hai kr lo hum yahan ka manager hai aur 2000 ka note ni lenge. Appolo does this attitude will help you get good customer base?? Need resolution asap....

I visit to Apollo pharmacy store sector 7 Dwarka New Delhi near Ramphal chowk at between 7 am to 7:30 am on date 28th may 2023.

I visited your store at akshayanagar opp jyotsna hospital. I got all products and at the time payment they said Card can't be acceptable, that was very disappointed such a big pharmacy is accepting card. But im happy with staffs they are well groomed and very helpful (jagadeesh)...

Respected sir, my son j.srinivas purchased cervical pillow in Apollo pharmacy on 12/05/2023.Cervical pillow is different from what they shown in image.He opted for return, and he requested for return which is accepted by Apollo, but till date refund not completed by Apollo.Please do needful and refund my son's amount as early as possible.

I had placed an order on (11th May 2023) for Diabetic & BP Tablets from Apollo Pharmacy 24/7 App. They were supposed to deliver the medicines within 2 Hrs. But till date they have not delivered it. We raised many complaints and requested to cancel the order and refund the money back, but till date they have not cancelled neither refunded back our money. I Request you pleases investigate this issue and do the needful so that our amount is refunded back, please ensure this not repeated from a reputed pharmacy company Apollo.

I ordered medicines on 13th May under shipment ID[protected], which was supposed to deliver by 14th May 21:00 PM but status showing as packed and despite calling multiple time no one is responding properly about the issue. Now I asked for refund so I am getting assurance to wait for 24 hrs that is something also breached and time is completed but no refund no one even shares in written confirmation despite asking for same.

The pill box given in the kit is of very cheap quality. The box has so many gaps, how can it be used to put the pills. Can’t believe they are taking this very light. This is a big mistake from their side. Very much disappointed. It’s priced 500rs.

The medicine box in the first aid kit has so many gaps. How can we put in tablets. Poor quality. Prices at 500rs. Very disappointed...

I had very bad experience on 7th Mayy-23 at 7:40 pm, i visited my nearest Apollo pharmacy to buy a Warfarin tablet one strip (1 mg), they collected 100 rupees and handover the tablet when i asked receipt they wont give, they said first bring doctor's prescription based on that will provide receipt.

past 7 yrs i have been purchased this medicine through Apollo but it was very shocking,

but other Apollo pharmacy they didn't asked Doctor prescription.

finally i returned my medicine i get back my amount from them.

so i understood, without bill they ready to give all kind of medicines, its leads very danger in society.

Would like to bring to your notice about staff behaviour at apollo pharmacy sector 143 noida. I visited to purchase few medicines for one of visitor who had forgot to carry his medicines . As a backup I needed medicines for 5 days.

The incident is of today around 10 pm when your staff says that company has restricted selling of these medicines as loose.

His behaviour was completely rife...

My name is Vivek Saxena . I ordered some crucial emergency medicines that should be skipped for a single day, like for my mother sugar patient 1000mg medicine and for my brother a Schizophrenia.
Apollo pharmacy first committed to deliver medicines till some specific time and day and we relax that I will receive medicine for my family members and do not look for other options to purchase but at end of dead line of time and day committed I find at night around 11 pm my order is delayed and can not be delivered on mentioned day and when it will be delivered the day and time is also not replied even by customer care in written.
Actually carelessness of Apollo pharmacy may cause loss of life of patients. Please do needful.

I was detected with covid and as i was having difficulty breathing, i took online doctor consultation and was adviced to immediately check my oxygen levels on 26th April 2023.

As apollo 247 app has 2 hour express delivery, i ordered for a oxymeter. once it was delivered, i opened the product which came with a set of batteries, and tried switching it on.
It dint work and I immediately contacted their constomer...

I went my nearest Apollo Pharmacy to buy some medicines (Fabumac 40 and Zerodol P), I asked staff member for 5 tablets of Fabumac 40 and 4 tablets of Zerodol P but he gave me 10 tablets as he told me he can't give me 5 tablets, so I purchased it. Later I found the cutting of 5 tablets on another store so I went again on Apollo Pharmacy and asked them to return those 10 tablets and also asked him why he didn't gave me just 5 tablets earlier so the staff member rudely replied me " If the other one jumps into the well, that does not mean we'll jump too" these were the words and also talked very rudely and denied to return the medicine.

This pathetic parasitic company sends sms to mobile numbers that irritates, iam very much frustrated to the sms and very sad that there is no means to stop the sms, this is illegal even after full dnd trai doesnt take action against this kind of companies that harrass people by sending 10 to 20 sms daily which is irritating
please help to stop sms by this and other parasitic companies that send messages without our consent...

I would like to bring to your notice that when we use Apollo's mobile app, there is a very tiny (not noticable for normal user) tick mark for subscribing to Apollo Pharmacy updates.

Firstly, it's made in such a way that any new user will pass it unnoticed & will become part of their SMS database.

And, when we start receiving the SMS, iit's just unprofesional same repetitive "Full Body Check-up" SMS' again & again.

What I did was opened their website & checked whether I cn opt-out? And, I opted out. But, they kept sending me the same SMS later too.

So, I complianed them regarding the same. They said I won't be receiving those messages again.

But, with minor changes it hasn't stopped yet. Every alternate day I get the same "Full Body Check-up" SMS messges.

Instead of Apollo giving me relief, they are harrasing me mentally by saying "Full Body Check-up" for a 38 year old like me.

Just because companies like Swiggy & Zomato have become large doesn't mean that every app in India follow the same trend.

Even, Reliance recently after acquiring NetMeds is doing SMS marketing. But, they send just a single SMS on wednesday, on the day of offer.

My mother was really in need of a Full Body Check-up, I used their service. Again still such messages havn.t stopped!!!

There should be an option to opt-out. As here blocking doesn't work as they use different names in SMS services websites.

Please resolve my query & see to it that their is a proper opt-out mechanism working effectively & their should be limit on the number of promotional messages per week.

If the prescribed medicine is not available, another medicine is given, whose composition also does not match....
