Apollo Pharmacy — MEDICINE not delivered

Dear Sir & maam. My health is not good and i have ordered some medicine through 24/7 service. The amount i have paid already and from last two days the status shows item has been billed and packed . But medicine is not deliver yet. In this pandemic situation already we all are depressed. In the same time Apollo service is more pathetic. One patient cant wait for so long time to get medicine. I have ordered two times ref order no : #[protected] & #[protected]. Both are in pending status. Kindly help me to deliver my medicine as soon as possible.
