The medicines which I have ordered was suppose to be delivered on 29th May 2021. Every day they say it will be delivered tomorrow. But three days has passed and I have not received my medicine. I have made 16 complaint to the customer care and no one who is responsible from Bach end team or the responsible person has called me. I feel like cheated for 4 days as I have paid Rs 2224.70 on 28may2021. I have made the order after checking the availability and the quantity. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Jun 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Medicine Delivered after 5 days. Medicine expiry with less than 3 months were replaced on 6th day. (Medicine ordered on 28may2021. Medicine received on 02june2021 by 5:00pm and the replacement happened on 03June2021 by 3:30pm) Apollo Pharmacy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. No response from 247 service where I have made this order. They have given Ambulance number 1066 for enquiry.
