Sir, i had ordered medicines on 15th june, 2017 and was supposed to get my order on the next day through your courier service as i had payed for it. But it's been 5 days since then and i have not received anything. Moreover the tracking page shows in transit without any particular date of delivery or dispatch. Also the phone number of your courier boy is switched off sinch the beginning (‭[protected]‬) and there is no answer from your customer care number. These medicines are very important and urgent. If no action is taken within 24 hours i'll be obliged to take further action.
