Apollo Pharmacy — Medicines not delivered payment taken

I placed medicines order online on 1.9.22 and it shows shipped on 2.9.22. Est delivery 5.9.22. Even after that there is no update. Can not even cancel the order nor refund is coming. This is really very bad of duping customers on medicines. order no[protected].

Does it take 8 days in delivering medicines? Even Pizza is delivered in 30 mins. Hopeless.

It has been 10 days, neither medicines have been delivered ( which is highly unlikely) nor money has been refunded. You can't cancel the order, nor [protected] helps. Toll free is available and can speak to call center representatives but they are helpless.

None of the mails are responded despite being received by them. Shamelessness at its peak.

Apollo has stooped so low, can't imagine...
