Apollo Pharmacy — Medicines order delayed

This is regarding the issue with delivery for order #[protected]. Below are details:

order placed: April 10th, 2021
Expected Delivery: April 13th, 2021

We are still awaiting a response from your team. While taking circle membership, a 2 hr delivery was promised. We paid charges to get on time delivery and are still facing so many issues to get the delivery done.

Such irresponsible behaviour while dealing with health related services is not acceptable. When you accept an order provide a realistic date that would help customer to decide if they really want to proceed with order. Medicines are needed on an immediate basis. This is illegal and you should close any services if you plan to work this way.
