[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — misappropriation of online payment for medicines | |||
I placed an order No[protected] and paid 960/- rupees ccavenue ref[protected] on 18/01/2019 at 14:54:49. No response from Apollo Pharmacy so I wrote to them on their customer care e mail id [[protected]@apollopharmacy.org] informing them that after 24 days there is no supply.This was on 11th Feb 2019. Again no response so I wrote again on 24th Feb 2019 to the alternative e mail id [[protected]@apollopharmacy.org] to which again there was no reply. Then on 12th March I wrote to the Chairman and founder Mr Pratap Reddy sent by speed post with confirmed delivery and again I got no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The Company just refunded my money. No communication other than a credit entry in my Credit card account.
They wrote back on the forum site that an official will get in touch but that was a false promise as nobody contacted me.
I will never ever buy from them in the future as they are untrustworthy and unprofessional. Apollo Pharmacy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I purchased one touch glucometer machine and the machine is not working and showing wrong values difference more than 100 and ny manually and other machine plz issue the otherwise I complaint in police station duplicate machines are saling on store the person is serious person
