[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — misbehavior by retail counter-staff | |||
Today morning, i got an angry and rude treatment by apollo retail-counter-staff only because i asked some specific details about the bill. I went to collect a bill from my previous purchase and asked about some of the details written inside. I choose early morning to do this to avoid traffic at the shop, i even waited at the shop for 5 minutes to get my chance to talk to the guy i also started my conversation politely. But i do not understand that why that guy got super hyper while replying. If you did not know about the details you could simply say no but the guy choose to misbehave at extreme. I threatened him to complain, but he could not care less about this. That guy refused to give away his name and details as well. I have your apollo membership for past 5 years and also recommended a lot of people to buy from apollo pharmacy, but the way handle your customer is worst. Was this information helpful? | |||
