Apollo pharmacy mayurvihar phase -2 employee on duty on night of 24-7-18 ajaysexsenna and devendersingh misbehave with me and tried to give me medicine minoxidil local application in cash. When i asked them to give me complain register they refused to provide any type of complain register or format. I have given them a filled feed back form no 51228, which i am sure that they are going to tear it. I felt so bed as i am your regular customer. Drb k tiwari [protected] Lbshospital R/o 5-a. Sir I had been to pharmacy to purchase doxinate tablets. I was prescribed 10 tablets and asked for the same but the sales representative denaid the same and forced me to buy full strip of 30 tablets that's not acceptable from a corporate retail chain like Apollo..
