Sir today I visited your bag more, kanchrapara shop for buying two medicine s. The concerned dealing staff refused to give me bill as I request ed him to write my wife s name in patients name category. Sir I am a SBI employee. We have corporate tie up with Apollo. That not only misbehaved with me but refused to give me medicine. Not only him another guy sitting near him started to shout. You can see all this through CCTV footage s. That same boy also refused to give concession as a SBI employee to me some days back. I am very much confused to see he behaved with me like an antisocial element. Apollo is a big brand world wide. But it's front line staffs like these two boys spoiling their image badly. Please rectify their attitude as early as possible. Thanking you Prashanta Sur.
