[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — misbehaviour of staff of your pharmacy - malkajgiri-hyderabad

Dear concerned

This is to inform you that i am esteemed card holder of your pharmacy and regular purchase of medicine from your pharmacy centre at malkajgiri opposite to spencer. On 18th november 2017 around 11.00 a. M, i went to purchase fee medicine along with violine pain killing gel. Normally, i used to get 10% discount on all purchases. But your staff named mr. Janardhan (It was told when asked his name but i do not know whether it is real or fake name) told that gel is not entitled for discount but i said that every medical cum pharma shop gives atleast 10% discount on purchase of every item.in response to it, he said that if i purchase the gel from any shop with 10% discount or any shop gives 10% discount on gel, he will give me that gel (Violine) free provided i show the bill along with product. I purchased the gel from medical shop nearer to your branch shop who gave me 10% discount. Thereafter, i went to said pharmacy shop and showed the bill and product where i got 10% discount to mr. Janardhan and asked him to give the gel free.in response to it, he badly, rudely behaved with me being senior citizen including attempting to man handle. It was very shocking to me to experience such violent and unrespectful behaviour with me without caring that i am senior citizen. I thought fit that i should bring this incident to your knowledge so that you may take appropriate action in this matter so that such type of rude behaviour with the customer like me shall not recur or repeat with any other esteemed customer of apollo pharmacy.

Please look into the matter very seriously and take stringent action against that staff in the best interest of your organization and inform the action taken to me for my satisfaction.

Hope i will hear something from you. If this complaint is not relevant to you, please forward this complaint to appropriate authority for their knowledge and action to avoid future repetition.

I thought fit to bring this incident to your knowledge before putting this incident in all print media that is in daily news paper which may not bring reputation and image to the organization. If i do not hear from any thing about your action, i am compelled to take such action as it deem appropriate which may jeopard the image and reputation of your organization for which i hold no risk or responsibility in whatsoever manner either directly or indirectly.
