[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Name of the patient in invoice is wrong | |
Reference to my order No.[protected], delivered on 20.05.2021 (Please find attached the screen shot of Apollo Pharmacy) I have ordered medicine for patient name Gulab Devi, but the name on medicine delivery invoice is Rakhee. Kindly correct it as I may requirement this invoice for medical claim. I have requested several times but no action taken till date. Was this information helpful? | |
