Apollo pulse Oximeter

Ordered Apollo pulse Oximeter of apollo 24/7 app on April 19 received the package on 22 april the Oximeter battery lid isn't fitting properly from the day I got it called the apollo pharmacy store that sent the Oximeter asked for a replacement they asked meto share the images of the Oximeter and bill to their number later told me they can't replace online order products without any mail from apollo emailed the apollo customer care they called...

I placed a single order on April 30, and it is split into two orders.
1st order ID :[protected] worth Rs. 122.50
(Rs. 99.80 from debit card and 22.70 from apollo credits)

2nd order ID :[protected] worth Rs. 691.25
(Rs. 563.13 from debit card and 128.12 from apollo credits)

The order is cancelled on 2nd May, I have received the refund of 122.50 for[protected]

I did not get refund for[protected] worth 691.25, after multiple follow ups with customer care they are mixing up the refund of these two orders and is not resolving the[protected] refund.

I did not receive any refund for[protected].

      I am your circle member.

      Apollo Doctor through online consultation prescribed the medicines. I am corono patient. For speedy recovery Apollo Doctor prescribed the medicine. Billed and packed on 16th itself. Still not been delivered. Kindly deliver on urgent basis. Order no.[protected] dt.16.05.21.

      Another order no.[protected] dt.15.05.21 still not even billed and packed. But app is stating now it is billed and packed today.

      Requesting you to kindly take necessary action to deliver the two orders immediately.

      You are stating us Express delivery in 3 hours I agree you would be having heavy order but for medicine such a delay should not happen.

        Apollo pharmacy, chinnavedampati, Thudiyalur Saravanmapatti, Coimbatore branch is not giving hand sanitizer. The bottle they ket is empty for an year and no seriousness on safety..

          Ordered oximeter and other medicine but oximeter was not delivered

          Such a nonsense and pathetic apollo pharmacy online services are . I have ordered oxymeter & medicine for worth more than 2200 and they didnot gave oxymeter which was itself of rs 1750 . Raised ticket in their help section 3 days back still no revert from their side . Such a looters, i highly regret...

            In Dindigul district. Natham medical shop near bus stand ... They not delivered to my home ...they we received instructions from higher officer...and also landline phone reciever taken out ...only when I came take to medic shop I can buy

            Atleast they keep landline properly and respond to the customer...

              Ordered products not delivered

              8 May I had ordered medicines for which they only delivered one item and rest of the medicines were not delivered at all. Since then I have been emailing and calling them with poor and no response from the organisation. Their customer care number is switched off most of the times.
              Logged customer care complaints even then theres no response on what is happening with my medicine orders.

              Severe allergic reaction after having Apollo product

              I went to apollo pharmacy located at No.729, Shop NO.2, 3 & 4, From South, East Facing, Nellikuppam Road, Moolakazhani, Kayarambedu, Kancheepuram District-603202 to buy Dabur Chyawanprash. Medical store people suggested to buy Apollo Life product Chyawan Health Gold and said it equally good.

              After having it I had severe allergic symptoms so I stopped it for two weeks had a spoon of it. Again the allergic symptoms started....

              I have not received the amount yet. I have made more than 15 calls to customer service team. They just say they have escalated the matter. Nobody is taking any responsibility. I never knew Apollo brand is in hands of so much irresponsible people who doesn't care about people's hard earned money in these difficult times.
