Apollo Pharmacy — Near expiry not return

Yesterday in vidhy nagar hubli apollo shop i purchased flogel eye drops at night at 7 pm, again i came back from home because of its near expiry (nov 16), my doctor suggested me to return back, yours eye is re infected so don't take risk better bye long expiry, again i asked to pharmacy at 9 pm they told we don't have stock we give tomorrow at 7:l30 am, next day i met mr suresh in pharmacy he not ready to give replace because he doesn't have long expiry stock.in the night i opened tube inside a tube black parasitical was there weather it's fungus or... even i shown to mr suresh but he didn't take return.
