[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — nebulization machine not working repair regarding.

Dear sir,
As discussed with your customer care this is bring to your notice that i have purchased nebulization machine at your apollo pharmacy address: no. 114, yelladri ground floor, devarachikkanahalli main rd, royal shelters, stage 4, bommanahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560068. Pone no: [protected].
Hereby the nebulization machine was not working and warranty also there, i have asked apollo pharmacy at anantha nagar branch (Which is nearby my present staying home) those people suggested that you have to go to bammanahalli branch where you have purchased the machine, as per those suggestion i have went to bammanahalli branch i have asked, the bommanahali branch people not responded proper manner and those behavior and attitude was not at tolerable they are using rubbish language.

And i went to anatha nagar branch bangalore people now which is nearby my staying home (Earlier we have stayed at bommanahalli) and i have submitted the nebulization machine with warrant card at anatha nagar bangalore branch people those people have given good response.

And i spoke with mr. Suresh who is area sales manager in bangalore he said that it will take time 03 days will give the new machine as well, his phone no.: [protected].

And i spoke with customer care executive he suggested send a mail to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org.

Why this much of delay happening your side? And plenty of calls and no. Of persons i have called and requested, we are very suffering like this type of services in apollo company and why you people are plying with human beings health’s.
Why didn’t i go for court, newspaper & social media?
You people take an action and resolve the issue as early as possible otherwise i will take action against you and legally will approach. If anything happened to my kid due to this delay i am not at all tolerable.
