I went apollo paharmacy apollo ambattur branch near rakhi theatre. I told them to give pankaja kasturi ortho oil and the incharge told wait for 15 mins and i will send my person and will provide me in 15 mins. After waiting for 1hr the person came and said kindly get from. Other branch. Kindly teach some manners to your stafff... I will never buy anything from apollo pharmacy and wont recommend anyone

Apollo pharmacy podili, prakasam district, andhra pradesh, these people are denying home delivery and are demanding charges for delivery of paediatric medicines.. Such inhuman and arrogant people are hired by you.. This is the worst experience i have encountered for getting medicines under emergency conditions.. If you can't provide home delivery don't keep sign boards and advertising boards and cheat the people..

Iam srinivasulu k living in nalgonda.
Your first big store located at shivajinagar in nalgonda. This store is apollo franchise r the individual of the incharge person. The staff is behaving like there own outlet.

Apollo introduced points on purchasing prouducts door delivery and lot of cash back scheems by paying phonepay this is the good and excellent concept to improve your business.
But we failed to claim this facility in particular this store. I never claimed my points in this store 365 days they saying only one story internet is not available.
And when we orderd medicine simply they saying the staff is not available. Unable to process door delivery.
So what is the use of door delivery and points.

Now payment options by paying phonepay we getting some extra benefits from phonepay. Why store persons not providing this.
And i asked several times the company excutive phone no for discuss this issue s. Simply they said we have no company person number.
Without company person s how they appointed. And this people not displaying the company cotact details in this store.
In this store why the staff not providing the cash receipts immediately and redeem the points.
Really your company not provided internet facility to this store.

Finally check my transactions with your store by facing this type problem we purchasing in other stores.
Take necessary actions on this store.

On 03062018 a duplicate bill issued by apollo pharmacy, ramamurthy nagar, near yerranapalya bus stop, bangalore on vide no.16016cc0023732 for rs.620.85p against the damaged original due printer malfunction which was submitted to my insurer. They have rejected the claim stating "duplicate bill". Hence i need a handwritten bill to claim it again. Please send the bill through your above retailer in my undernoted address.

I had purchased appolo glycometer from near by appolo store. Today i visited same store for glycometer strips. They said model has stopped the response was bad from one of your staff. What we have to do investing on this? Why we have to buy one more instrument by losing money for non supply of strips. We had great belief on appolo brand but very sorry to note the way they behaved.
Please arrange to resolve by supplying strips or exchange.

I am a regular customer (My card no.[protected]) of your pharmacy located at tarnaka #[protected]/b/1-3, secunderabad, telangana with your regn n: 351/hd/ap/2008/wr — 36aaaca5443n1zj], when ever i visited and bought medicine they are in the practice of saying they in busy and they will give bill later they will write the amount in a separate long book and the points will be added automatically when they will generate the bill. It happened several times and i have never received such bills or points on my card. Today when i insisted for the bill and demanded for previous bills the person in charge behaved rudely and staff was laughing at act of that person, which is highly acceptable in any business and liable for the proceedings before the court of law.
Hence i request kind authority to enquire in to the matter and justificable remedy or else i will knock the doors of proper forum holding you responsible for the cost and consequences arising there on.

I brought medicine at apollo Pharmacy Madambakkam, Bill number 14534CSO207398 bill amount 414.65
i brought Diapride M2 tablet 15 Nos HSN code 30049079 batch number DIDS0061 total amount billed 192.00 whereas price on the medicine is Rs 175.50.
When questioned to staff, he is blunt and saying do whatever you want, go and file a complaint with Apollo grievance of consumer forum, we will continue doing this .
Have been a customer with Apollo Pharmacy for last 3 years and when asked for old bills for checking, they are refusing to give.
Please advice and take necessary action so that other people dont get fooled or robbed of their hard earned money

I am working in canara bank which have corporate tie up with you, wherein we have to get 10%discount on total billing and same i was getting since last 4-5 years. But yesterday when i purchase from one of shop at new c g road, ahmedabad. Only 5% discount given for even i have argue them he told whatever u got is correct.
Same 10% discount rate is also told by us while canvassing apollo health insurance which means we were giving wrong...

Direct Discounts are not given to the customer even for the bill amount exceeding Rs 450. In some cases the bill amount Discounts are added to the Apollo card number. But whenever we try to claim that money in the next bill they say system has some problem. This as become a routine. The counter sales persons behaviour is very much questionable. Total dissatisfaction from the store earlier it was not the case but things have changed now very badly.

Iam complain from kadayam circle. Always i brought abbott company ensure diabetie powder. Every time price is rs 555 (400gm) now i buy the ensure powder rate increse by rs 600. If i asking kadayam apallo pharmacy. They said price will increase by distibutter. But another pharmacy same product sell by rs 550... Why this varation like that.?
Why not add the system right reasonable price.?
How buy normal person this rate.? Kindly i need permanant solution

I have mistreated by your apollo pharmacy as they have already checked in prescription and provided wrong medicine named novaclav 625. My actual tablet is novelon. I have already took one tablet of novaclav 625 and if any side effects arises who will be the responsible person? Each and every time are we supposed to check the medicine with prescription. Do you really feel that your pharmacy structure is well organized?...

I approached nizampet apollo pharmacy asked travacom eye drops it's available, i showed my discount card issued by maxbupa insurance and it's worth rs.1000/- after that he told that net is not working here.

Two more shops of apollo at nizampet main road asked that medicine but no stock.

It is life medicine for me.

Hi, i want to bring this to your concern when whole india is switching towards digital transactions its utterly disappointing that the apollo pharmacy at iit hyderabad doesn't have the digital transaction facility like paytm, tez. And we as students of iit hyderabad always to be dependent on cash for availing your services. Please take it seriously and try to make digital payments options as soon as possible at iit hyderabad.

I have purchased "coversyl plus" tablets 4mg one strip.in mangalagiri outlet... The product rate have fluctuation between, ₹.135 — ₹.140... As usually purchase in routine.
But here the druggist selling ₹.150... I have demanded receipt for the amount i paid. It's funny "receipt another ₹.10/- extra. Total ₹.160/- the gentleman collected from our client.
May i know? :
