[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — need refund

I have purchased medicines of 75 rupee and my money got deducted twice from my paytm account
because the guy said we dint get the payment asked otp twice .i gave them both the transaction id's.now when i asked for refund they said you will get your money back after 7 days, and when i asked again they asked me to come after 3 days and 4 day and 7 days and i have asked them for about 20 times its been 2 months now i did not got my money
this weekend when i went to the shop again and i said i will complain for this
the guy said you can do the complain and again asked for 7 days.
and I am going to complain to consumer helpline if i am not getting my money after 2 days
i waited this long just because i trust in apollo pharmacy and this kind of behaviour i never expected
hoping for required action from your side

No I won't I am working hard to earn that money
