[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Newly delivered product IN max made water vaporizers

The above vaporiser was purchased by me on12. 10.2020 from Your Dolmundai, Cuttack, Odissa/-753001.While delivering the product it was not told to me that product if defective not replaceable. They sold a product without tasting the same. My Complain to Mr. Prabhu Prasad, Manager of this area does not understand the customer service and degrading such a reputed company from I am purchasing medicine since last 10 To 15 years during my posting at Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Bhubaneswar. This product is not vapourising the water
I have to lost Rs459/. Why should you sale such defective product.
