[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — No Action on Wrong Item Delivered

I placed an order on 11th sep, and the order I was delivered was wrong (Delivered on 12th Sep). I've been trying from last 4 days but no action taken . I want my product to be replaced or my money to be refunded back. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

Sep 15, 2021 Updated by DJbravo Order # [protected] Sep 17, 2021 Updated by DJbravo Sorry "Team Apollo", The package which I received, was Unboxed by me. So unfortunately I think there's no chance of returning/replacing that product. I received a call from zonal Apollo pharmacy branch, They told me that "The product which I ordered was not in stock, so they delivered the other alternative product. Kindly note that in future inform zonal Apollo pharmacy authorities to do not do this mistake again. Thank You !

I have ordered medicine through UR WORLD on 3/10 Medicine delivered on6/10 (order No.[protected]. Bill No.[protected] I have requested for DAPAVEL5/1000 tablet (200 No.s)But they have delivered DAPAVEL5 which is not useful to me. When I enquired at at the pharmacy they put the blame on UR WORLD
I tried to contact UR WORLD, BUT IT’S USELESS TO CONTACT THEM I don’t know what to do
I’m wasting medicine worth Rs.2000/
