Yesterday I visited apollo pharmacy which is located in saini enclave delhi. They sold a open seal accu check without free strips delibrately ... I asked the apollo employees to return the product but they refuse to return... And even misbehaved. The female staff said it was my fault they sold a open sealed accucheck without strip.and they can't return the product..the behaviour of female employee was really disgusting. Can you please tell me how customer is responsible if she purchasing something from apollo and they delibrately doing such thing.all staff were really stupid.. They don't know how to talk to a customer..i will never shop anything from apollo.local pharmacies are much better than apollo pharmacy...

I purchased a product via Apollo mobile app. And after downloading the app, I am receiving multiple promotional sms per day.

I dont want to receive any of these as they are very irritating.

I tried to block contacts, unsubscribe to sms(APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

I have uninstalled the app but its not helping either.

Yesterday (7th Sep 2021) I booked medicine through Apollo 247 apps, Order No[protected]. Till yesterday its showing out for deliver...not sure where its. Today I chat with customer care team and they said its "RETURN_PENDING" due to delivery was unsuccessfully, which is perthitic even i have not received any single call from Apollo and not team said they will refund my money but it will take 3 to 4 days and its also depends on Pharmacy. My only concern is if you are not given the support on time then why you ad in TV "APOLLO WILL BE DELIVERED THE MEDICINE WITHIN 2HRS" just like XXXXXXX commitment. I want my money ASAP.

I have ordered for keraglo mens tablet on apollo pharmacy online and i got expired and smelling tablets which after using for 26 days i got stomach ache.after stopping the use of that my stomach ache is nearly gone and i feel a lot better .i dont know if it did increase or affect in my skin problem for sure.

I was an emergency to buy a medicine during 11pm 06/09/21 .I had a cash 200rs and debit card the medicine cost was 125rs when I asked to give the medicine shop keeper told first no medicine then he told no card finally he told no change for 200rs later I showed him the material and demanded in that late hours bought from him very very poor behaviour. He do not know the need of emergency at that late hours

I was purchasing some medicines for my father who is 68years old. When purchasing the medicines the bill was ₹220 and I handed over a ₹500 note and then I was told the pharmacy did not have change so they reduced my medicines to make the bill below ₹200. I mean is this some kind of a joke?
Kindly look into this matter before I take it up in the consumer court here as pharmacies can’t stop giving medicines because they don’t have change

I PURCHASED after ahave lotion 50ml at rs100 in kanchipuram (iii)apol, but in the product the offer price is 70 only.please check up.this shop is not giving bill to the customer regularly.

I bought shave gel, which cost about rs 70 where as the bill claimed for rs100. Most of the time bill not given to the customer.

Hello,
I am a regular customer of apollo pharmacy but I'm very much disappointed regarding this credit points specially in kattedan branch.
Basically they fail to add the credit point and also when I want to redeem that points they usually say not working, server's are busy, unable to load the page.
They way they fool us is like hell.
When we can't redeem that points what's the use of asking for phone number for entry.
Make the staff aware that dnt try fool us anymore specially at kattedan branch.

In spite of being registered with DND, sending SMS to the number asking Apollol Pharmacy to stop sending SMS, and also writing to their customer care email, I am still getting 20 to 25 SMS everyday...

I have purchased and still purchasing using Apollo 24/7(Circle) with a transaction of more than 2500 per month.
All of sudden my health credits is not updating and no proper health credits are been credited and showing with negative value.

I am not getting any kind of response from Apollo pharmacy WhatsApp support and ticket.

Hopping you resolve my issue and do the needful.
