Pharmacy at Keelkattalai branch denied me the gift to a regular customer. I retired from Central Govt services and a regular customer for the last 13 years. My monthly medicine bill for September purchased on[protected] is Rs.1060 after discount, though I was ready to forgo discount. First they agreed and later they said the three umbrellas are diffective and could not give. I asked to show an umbrella while bringing medicines (home delivery)....

I prepared Apollo every time but now a day very bad your executives behavior in Mangammapalya store near Bommanahalli, Bangalore, I purchased medicines store he is not given prescription I thought he put in carry bag I left from there travelled 10km to home reached home there is no prescription and again I went thre I asked why u not put he told i given medicines that is my not my job u have to check and scolded, at least not expressed sorry,...

I have a problem at 3.30am and I went to appolo pharmacy to take medicine. We have 3branches near me in bhimavaram but no one opens the pharmacy for giving medicine. Appolo pharmacy is 24/7 pharmacy. But all are closed and sleeping well inside.appolo is brand and why these negligence in giving medicine. Please take care on these matter....

UHID NO FMH1. [protected] Too much delivery charges imposed on my wife during normal circumstances. Total bill amount of rs. 179000. Need resolution otherwise will move to consumer court. Already sent complaint by email. No reply. Professional charges of rs. 71000 imposed for four days....

I was having 134 rs in wallet but automatically it is 34 now without reedemmimg it...

I bought Lactogen and baby feeding bottle in apollo pharmacy(Gummidipundi) on Aug 09 at Rs.582. While I'm doing UPI payment the billing staf[censored]rge me to do it immediately but the payment was loading. So I paid in my debit card but the UPI payment also done. The bill paid two times. When I'm asking the staff, he said "he will check the transaction report and it will take one day". So I got his number and called him next day. He spoke to me...

We ordered medicines from Apollo Pharmacy online, and they delivered the medicines 2 days late.

We raised a return request immediately after we got medicines as by that time we already bought medicines from some other shop.

They told they will send a pickup person to pickup the medicines, but nobody came yet.

We called them but they are not responding properly and not sending anyone to pickup....

I am writing this mail with huge disappointment. I purchased a cremaffin syrup bottle from Apollo Pharmacy (Himalaya Legend, SN 1 Plot No A, PN B, Makanpur, Nyay Khand I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010). They provide me a Pre-Brocken sealed cremaffin syrup which was half empty. As I was in hurry I did not check the bottle at the shop. When I came back to my house I checked the bottle and found that the bottle seal was broken...

I have got delivery of my ordered 3 medicines today but received only 2 of them. I have already payed for all the 3 medicines. Please do check and send the medicines as quick as possible.

I am one of the customer of Apollo Pharmacy and happy to buy medicines and other products from Apollo pharmacy.

I had purchased some of the products, specifically you had announced a July 2021 offer that has pasted in our Pharmacy and some of the products tied with the free product in the show case area. Its looks sound and good.

But after buying the product your people (Pharmacy Staffs) says that the offer not...

Hi I have called your customer care service twice and tried to get my number out of your SMS list for promotional messages.

But as usual it has fallen to deaf ears. I will never ever purchase anything from Apollo in my entire life!

You guys are absolutely pathetic and despite the consumer’s requests, you do not care.

From here on, I will be reporting this to the cyber crime cell for harassment....

Team - Here is the Order Id: #[protected] and Order Id: #[protected] which i booked from 24*7 Apollo app but all services were not up to the mark, i did same level of test from other hospital and it was heal and heaven difference, if i continue with doctor investigation with Apollo report i would die, hence please take care my request, either please do my rest or refund my money ASAP. I booked an appointment with Dr. Koushik Lahiri, and made the payment through Apollo 24/7 app. Amount was deducted but appointment not booked....
