[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — no refund despite repeated reminders

I placed an order id[protected] on 26/03/2020... Since i did not hear from them at all, i kept tracking the order and then finally on contacting their customer service via chat on their website was told that my order was cancelled due to non-availability of the products... No communication from their end regarding the same... They keep telling me that i will receive a message regarding refund of the amount that i paid yet no such luck despite repeated reminders... Most unprofessional service that i have ever encountered... Takes them a second to charge for the order but they don’t seem to want to refund my money!!!
