Apollo Pharmacy — No refund initiated after cancellation from their end

Dear Sir, I have ordered (online) some medicine vide Order no[protected] dated 24.06.2021. For which I have made a payment of amount INR 796.38 on the same day. However they cancelled the order from their side and no refund is made till date. After repeated reminder also, it has gone in deaf ear. So if this type of companies in the name of medicine are practicing corupt means to cheat patients/consumers and is irresponsible towards the patients requiring frequent medicine for their survical, then examplary action may be initiated and justice must be delivered.
