[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — no return of medicine!!!

I have been a regular customer of apollo pharmacy beeramguda. My doctor advised me to take vit d solutions and i have taken 5bottles of each which costed 73rs each. As my doctor said u can stop them now i have went for the pharmacy stating return of medicine, the guy stated me that there is no return policy or exchange since one mnth. I am a doctor and according to the usfda and other guidelines every pharmacy has a rule of taking the medicine back. I told him i don't even want a refund i would buy something else for that. He was giving me a free advice stating that medicine can be taken by any ppl and all, is he a doctor who could advice medicine?. Plz look into matter, this is just ridiculous

The behaviour of the salesman is not correct. They do not want to sell the medicines . Actually they are lazy enough to get up from their chair and give the medicines. Better close the store .

The order placed (Order ID[protected] on 12 Dec 2019 not yet delivered. i have also made a complaint by e-mail to Appollo Pharmacy but not received any update, . Request update of the order. Regards
