[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — non exchange and cooperation by staff for product purchased

I required a nevea creame but by mistake i took the nevea moisturiser from the apollo pharmacy at vasna bhayali road vadodara. When it came to my notice i immediately went to change the same but the staff refused to change the same which was sealed and purchased at the same time. I was referred by one of my friend to purchase from apollo other than any medical shop from where i was purchasing my medicines. But in the first transaction itself i got a very bad experience. I have to purchase the nevea creame and has to keep the nevea moisturiser for which i had to incurr extra waste of money. I request your goodselves to instruct your staff to consider such genuine things when they are sure that the product is not at all used and is in sealed condition. The loss i have to bear will not be compensated anybody and i have to bear for the purchase made from your pharmacy.
