Dear sir/madam, i am a regular customer with ur indirapuram branch. My wife 78years old is getting treatment from dr rml hospital for depression and loss of memory's. As per prescription i requested for 6 medicines for 30 days but i got only 4 and the remaining 2medicines 1) tab zingpride 200 mg and 2) bilogin cap i was told to get it from somewhere else. Though the staff is quite cooperative even then it sounds very unethical. Being a regular customer it is the moral responsibility of the company to arrange/procure all kinds of medicine to the customer. By not providing medicine is to be considered denial of service which is an offence. Pl ensure i keep on getting all kinds of medicine from this branch. One week before i also reported this issue but there is no feedback.

Updated by Bharti Parihar Till date I have not received any response from Apollo pharmacy except the confirmation of receipt of my complaint . I have already sent two reminders but no update. PL ensure that the pharmacy provides all sorts of medicines required by their customers. Tks
