[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — non refund of my money of rs.1633/- debited from my account

Sir, i ramanand prasad chourasia, had done one credit transaction of rs.1633/- on[protected] to apollo pharmacy, kudghat branch, kolkata, from my savings account through "phone pe" app on account of purchase of some medicines as some cash back offer on transaction through "phone pe" was going on during those day. Though, my account was debited by rs.1633/-, the apollo sales person told me that they have not received the money as the transaction is showing as declined at their end and had told me that my money will revert back in my account within few days and once again i had to pay the money through my credit card. But even after passage of many days my money did not get credited in my account due to which i made a complaint to the apollo pharmacy kudghat branch, kolkata which they advised me to call to their apollo pharmacy customer care no. Subsequently, i called apollo pharmacy customer care and told them about the whole incident which they advised me that they have noted the matter and will revert my money after getting confirmation from their kudghat branch which never happened even after passage of many months.in the meantime i had also lodged a complaint to "phone pe" through their app which they told me that my query raised through "ticket no: 23125291, we like to inform you that the payment towards apollo hospitals enterprises ltd of rs.1633.05 with the transaction id: p1710162007013284171992 is successful on 16/10/2017" and suggested me to take up the matter with beneficiary for refund of money. Later on, after few days i again went to the pharmacy and inform about the whole incident regarding refund of my money which they told me that it is not up to them to refund the money and they are helpless in this regard, it is me who have to take up the matter with customer care. Instantly without waiting for a minute i again ringed back to the customer care and informed about the whole incident and told them about my earlier call to them but they told me that there isn't any complaint lodged in my registered mobile no.[protected], so this time again they noted down the whole incident and also took confirmation from their kudghat branch salesperson in my presence and confirmed me that my money will be refunded within few days only. By looking at the positive response from apollo customer care, i thought that my money will be refunded within a few days but this time also after waiting for months my money never got refunded and when i again ringed back to the customer care they informed me that no such incident is registered at their end, so again i had to explain the whole incident and this time also they guaranteed me to refund my money within few days only but even after passage of almost 17 months i have never got my money refunded back to my account. I request you to please help me to get my money refunded.
