[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Not able to provide bill | |||
Dear sir, /Madam, Iam working for L&T and my wife purchased medicines just dee drops and other medocines on 26 May, 17 evening. Apollo pharmacy at mugalivakkam, near kedar hospital unable to generate bill as they informed software upgradation. When requested I need manual bill also they said they cannot provide. I need apply for reimbursement claim for processing. For software upgradation why a customer like me has to suffer for non-claiming of money as Apollo pharmacy at mugalivakkam has failed to provide to do so. Kindly contact your team to provide bill all ast manual for claim purpose in 24 hrs time. If they have doubt that can check cctv footage in the medic.shop and trace as per bath number. Apollo Pharmacy refusing to cut medicine leaf. Even if I need 2/3 tablets, I am forced to buy entire medicine leaf and this happened today. Not just with these, I have observed this for many others.
