Apollo Pharmacy — Not adding discount amount to card

My card is with ph no [protected].i bought many medicine from koushallya more kharagpur branch and from kharida more branch. Last purchase bill no 1326/CS0209073 DT 17/11/2021 was not updated with my card. After 14/09/2021 there was no update in card. If discount is not added in card. Then what's the benefit for buying your organization. Pls add my discounts to my card. My wife's card no is with phn no [protected].same problem persist for that card also.
