[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — not giving health credits

I purchased medicines and other items of ₹719 from apollo pharmacy store at sachin tower, shyamal cross roads, ahmedabad on[protected] and i was given health credits of 46.95 and sms was received on[protected] on my phone, but when i visited store on[protected], i was told that only 16.70 points are showing in the system which was the point balance before credit of 46.95 on 10-12-18, i was asked to contact the number[protected], i tried on[protected] and after 5 days also but there was no response, please let me know what happened to 46.95 points and please credit the same to my account, otherwise i am not going to purchase medicines from apollo pharmacy any more.

I have purchased and still purchasing regularly using Apollo 24/7(Circle) more than a transaction of more than 2500 a month. But all of the sudden my Health credits are not being updated and credited properly and showing with a negative value.

I am trying to contact customer care, I couldn’t connect and no response from WhatsApp support or ticket.

Hopping you will understand my concerns and do the needful
