Apollo Pharmacy — Not provided Codistar syrup in emergency situation

My complaint about Apollo pharmacy that is located in below address

Shop No 27, Savy Swaraaj Jagatpur, Phase, 1, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470

When i visit in this Apollo pharmacy and i ask for Codistar syrap give me a codistar syrap because my grandfather health is serious he suffers for high cough and due to high cough in his body suffering from high blood vomiting due to high cough and i request for please give me a codistar syrap because my grandfather suffering from high cough so, please give me this syrap but they denied for that we can't provide medicine and also i request you please my grandfather health is not good and please provide me this codistar syrap but staff misbehave with me and in this Apollo pharmacy sonal person is incharge she can't understand my problem and misbehave with me so, i want to file complaint about sonal incharge and their staff because can't understand emergency situation and not provide medicine in emergency situation.
