Apollo Pharmacy — Not taking any action on wrong item delivered

I placed order of two items with Apollo Pharmacy on 27Dec21. As committed products were delivered within 2 hrs which I highly appreciated. However when I opened the packing I found 1 item was wrong or given some another product of same company. I spoke to the person through delivery guy from where these products were despatched. He assured me that product will be replace with correct one at the same time I raised this finding on company's Need help portal. First I got a call to share product details like image of bill, product and bar code details which I shared. Later on I got a call from one of Apollo representative advising me to return the product and since then I am being asked to share order I'd and other details several times. I also raised request to return on same portal but in sometime even it was closed without any resolution. The only message I get is to wait for some more time.
