I had bought a pack of one touch ultra which I was forced to buy by the salesperson inspite of the fact that I was not clear about the name of my glucometer. It costed me around 1200 rs & the person convinced me saying that he would change it if the machine did not match. When I checked my machine it was Dr morepen one touch. Since the name was a bit confusing, I did try the strips on the machine which did not show any thing on the screen. Since the salesman had promised to change or return, I took it back.
Surprisingly the same person did not take the strips back because he did not have the strips for my machine. He realised that he would have to return the cash to me, so he started to make excuses like the seal is broken etc (a small tape). Moreover he asks me to revisit next morning to negotiate with the owner of the shop for the same. Disgusting & really disappointed with their services. Those strips are of no use to me & I have paid 1200/- for that trash.

Shop inside and outside they pasted that after purchasing above Rs. 600 customer will get good knight or something thing gift worth of Rs. 70

But I purchased items of Rs. 650...asked for same offer, shopkeeper saying its only advertisement...!!!

i purchased apollo glucosemeter 6 months back.i need test strips for the same.It has been 3 months now i am not able to get any test strips.i even tried online on apollo pharmacy website but the search results do not show it.the store people say it is out of stock and do not take any proper action.I am feeling that i did a very big mistake by purchasing apollo glucosemeter. I wasted 1000 rupees.

I have purchased one touch Ultra 50 strips from Apollo pharmacy, at Gokuldham Mumbai on 05.09.2018. on 12.09. when I wanted to check blood sugar I had used 6 strips and no one is absorbing blood on to the test area which is surprising. To day another 4 strips are used without any result. For the first time I am having such experience with the strips. Please let me know as to what needs to be done with such useless maerial. Currently I stay in Hyderabad. Can you suggest a remedy and replace the defective Product? Apart from this I was given one touch normal 100 strips which can not be used in the Ultra machine which also need replacement.
