[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — order#[protected] no response/delivery

Hi - i had placed the following order#[protected] for 4 packs of similac2, cost for which was paid online. I received only 2 packs and i have been calling the call center since then regularly to either get my refund or delivery. Given that apollo's call center number is a premium service, i have incurred additional costs to chase and resolve my issue, but with no luck. I would like to highlight the pathetic support and poor customer service that apollo is providing for online orders. Consider this as an escalation and resolve by issue by cancelling my order and processing the refund.
