Order date is 15/11/2019. I haven’t received the product and been calling the toll free number but no proper response. I didn’t expect such a response from a reputed company. Consider this as urgent and send me the products as soon as possible. I have already paid on line as well....

I was purchased a medicine, the name of DEPLATT 75 mg but I need DEPLATT A 75 mg . That's why, When I was going to shop for exchange my medicine with proper INVOICE they totally refused my proposal. They told me that we are not given to you any medicine or refund a money.

Apollo pharmacy staff behaviour is soo bad.

I had ordered my husband's medicine which they had send wrong medicine so they said we will give tomorrow usually it has happened many times that they have promised to send the medicine but forgot to send the morning and evening staff does not convey the message to each other after the shift change and keep asking when did you order please repeat the order this time the they had made one bill of card and one of cash i asked the rider to give me the change of 2000 he did not had so my husband asked him to bring the change as we did not had the change he brought the change and as some medicine were pending which they had said will send on monday which they didn't send i waited for the medicine then called them on thursday so they said we will not give medicine to to as you misbehaved with our rider you asked him to bring the change. This attitude is very unprofessional and no shopkeeper can refuse any customer to provide the services. My husband is a cancer patient and this behaviour is not exceptable.

I have procured medicine including insulin in apollo nolambur, in a week time dr. Changed the insulin, i have returned the unused insulin and got a different insulin, rs. 852 loss for the replacement. My bill number is 16342mb000032, i have escalated this issue with the supervisor sakthivel and his manager vinothkumar, not got the solution and they have blocked my number, kindly let me know the right person to get the solution.

Hi - i had placed the following order#[protected] for 4 packs of similac2, cost for which was paid online. I received only 2 packs and i have been calling the call center since then regularly to either get my refund or delivery. Given that apollo's call center number is a premium service, i have incurred additional costs to chase and resolve my issue, but with no luck. I would like to highlight the pathetic support and poor customer service...

I abhimany gupta, working here in apollo pharmacy since 16 july 2018, and i got the increment letter and also mention that your service is confirmed... But still in their ax software it's not updated that i am comfirm employee... Itz just showing probationer instead of confirm... I had purchased a n99 mask of life on 15/10/19 for which i was not issued the bill. And was assured that the points will be credited to my card as there was excess need of the product in delhi so they didn't issued the bill. I am a registered allopathy doctor. I went to pharmacy for purchasing opox cv 200 tab. He refused first that it is not available. I came back and again went to ask when it will get available. He told he won't give without prescription. I told i m a doctor, i showed my hospital id. He told no. He told no, bring the prescription. From whom can i bring prescription, as i am physician of myself. I returned my pharmacy card as i was very angree....

I went to one of the apollo pharmacy for buying few medicine there were no customers i was only one the staff is so slow and careless instead of giving medicine he was talking on phone and can't able to generated bill and also don't know how to receive online payment. After 15-20 min of wasting my time he can't able to do anything.. Untrained and uneducated staff...

It's very sand and bad to say that the staff working in this branch on 03.11.2019 around 8:15 p:m are worst, neglect and lazy staff defaming the brand of apollo without any response, on questioning giving reckless answers and fighting with customers with high voice and pitch, don't come to our branch and asking to take video of conversation, for which i would like to complaint to the head of appollo branch and proceed legally with the footage...

I reached the store of janta store, bapu nagar, jaipur at 10:40pm before it’s closing time.
They had been locked the main door of pharmacy.
They didn’t open it. I had a patient in emergency condition and i urgently need medicines for her.
They ignored and didn’t open the door.
It’s very disappointing for a pharmacy, this a question of a person’s life and death. If you understand please look into this matter.

Apollo pharmacy nearby my home is located in srp koil street agaram, chennai 82. The team is very worst behaviour, while giving order for medicine they are taking orders. But not delivering even after several reminders. Some times they cut the call after receiving our voice. We are struggling past three months. If no person is available they should respond politely. My last order is pending for a week time....

I am complaining about your malakpet store located opposite yashoda hospital. Every time i visit your store i face some problem like the required product is not available and size is not available. When i am going to make a payment they say card machine not working and mobile number is not matching. Apollo name is big but the services from you are very bad. What is the use of giving 24/7 service. Waste of customers time and believe....
