Apollo Pharmacy — Order[protected] refund not received even after 15 days

Hi,

I haven't received my refund yet.

I have been raising queries and no proper response is being given.

I have raised enquiry in Apollo 24|7 portal three times and also mailed Apollo for 6-7 times.

Each time a auto generated mail comes and aftr two days, a mail comes that my refund will reach my account in 10 days.

Then the ticket gets automatically closed. This is been happening thrice and i am completely vexed with the service Apollo pharmacy online provides.

There is no customer care number to talk regarding my refund status.

It is really a hassle ordering medicines through Apollo online.

Please see that it has been 15 days since I am waiting for my refund.

I would appreciate a very quick response over the issue.
