[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Order cancellation and no refund made

I ordered for a sunscreen worth rupees 990 on the 24th of this month and somehow my order was cancelled by your team without any prior information of any sorts regarding the same. And i tried calling on your customer care services which says it is invalid. I will definitely not buy anything from here in future and will suggest also not to buy things from this site. This has been really agitating an experience. I want my money back. I have never faced such a problem from anywhere while making an online transaction for any stuff in the past. You people cannot take someone’s money just like that.

It has not been resolved i havent recieved my money back i didnt get any message or call regarding it as yet.

Order No.[protected] dtd 30.04.2021 not been delivered which was suppose to deliver on 01.05.2021 till date it is not delivered we have also not received any information about the reason behind delay if is not delivered by today You are instructed to cancel the said order and refund to bank

Dear Apollo Pharmacy,

I had order one oxymeter to on 26th of April 2021 but as it was not in stock my order got cancelled. Its been more than 10 days that I have not received the refund.
Can you please check and confirm? Details enclosed of my order for your reference.
